Sundari Rituals, founded in 2024, is the embodiment of over a decade of experience designing and leading wellness spaces across Wellington, Sydney, Auckland, and Japan. I recognised a need—women can’t always reach destination spas. I’ve created a space where global wellness trends meet the new wave of holistic refinement — facial sculpting, somatic healing, herbal medicine, holistic coaching, and advanced bioregulatory peptide therapies designed for longevity and cellular repair.
As a Somatic and energetic practitioner I understand that the body stores karma, memory, and consciousness. Through breath, touch, and awareness, these patterns can be liberated.
I blend ancient wisdom with functional medicine and modern innovation, providing restorative care — directly to you.
With formal qualifications at the International Dermal Institute Sydney, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Naturopathic medicine with various training in Bali, Indonesia & Japan. I offer bespoke treatments that reflect both ancient wisdom and global wellness trends.
