The story of Sundari

Sundari Rituals is inspired by the very essence of the goddess, Lalita Tripura Sundari, Whose name means "the one beyond the three worlds." In Hinduism, Sundari is regarded as the primordial goddess of the cosmos, the divine source from which all other gods and goddesses emerged. She is the formed and the formless & governs the three planes of existence: The physical, the subtle, and the causal realms. Aligning or invoking her energy is said to bring fulfillment and harmony in all of these realms, manifesting as the power to triumph over obstacles and align with love, beauty & abundance

Healing and transformation are alchemical processes that begin with detoxification and is completed by replenishment. In Ayurveda, true health and cellular regeneration stem from the balance and restoration of our inner elements: ( doshas ) Air, Either, Fire, Water, and Earth.

When any of these become depleted or overstimulated, imbalance arises, accelerating the aging process and disrupting the harmony of the body, mind, and emotions. Ayurveda is the sacred science of longevity and vitality, offering time-honoured wisdom to restore balance, nurture resilience, and support radiant well-being at every stage of life.

Founded in 2024, Sundari Rituals is the culmination of over a decade of designing, directing, and co-creating wellness spaces across Wellington, Sydney, Auckland, and Japan.

I draw on the timeless traditions of Ayurveda, the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and the principles of Naturopathic medicine to craft personalized, transformational wellness experiences.

At my studio, I offer bespoke therapeutic sessions—both in person and online—that activate the energy body, awaken cellular memory, and support deep regeneration. My work integrates somatic bodywork, chakra attunement, holistic face sculpting, clean beauty rituals, and a fusion of ancient healing and bioregulatory principles for modern vitality

My Philosophy

Sundari Rituals is a sanctuary for embodied beauty a deep healing.

Rooted in the ancient arts of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and bioregulatory wisdom, our sessions go far beyond the surface—opening meridian lines, reprogramming the nervous system, and releasing stored tension from the body and face.

Through ceremonial bodywork, energy medicine, and somatic facial sculpting, we awaken the energy body, dissolve the imprints of stress and aging, and invite the radiance that lives within. This is beauty as a healing art—a return to inner harmony, cellular intelligence, and soulful presence.

I specialize in ceremonial bodywork, hypnotherapy and subconscious remodelling, energetic facial sculpting, and bioregulatory healing—drawing from timeless systems of Ayurveda and TCM, alongside modern somatic therapies and purification programs.

Guests are invited to receive deeply restorative sessions that support nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and the renewal of both inner and outer vitality.
